PRIMA PROJECT MEETING 2

Due to the persistence of SARS-COVID-19 pandemic, October 29th, 2020, at 13.30 am (Rome time), the Principal Investigators (PI) and the Research Team Members of the VEGGIE-MED-CHEESES Partners met via TEAMS, with the following agenda:

• connection and greetings
• presentations of the main results achieved by Research partners involved in WP2, WP3, WP4
• planning of WP5 activities and issues related to the cheese-making trials (including packaging, exchange among VEGGIE-MED-CHEESES partners, analyses, etc.)
• discussion and issues from the Partners
• closure of the meeting.
